Friends of Anacostia Park and the National Park Service invite you to Late Skate on Sept. 26 and Oct. 24 for recreation, live music, culture and community in Anacostia Park. From noon to 10 p.m., enjoy free skating and skate rentals, fishing, boat rides with the Anacostia Watershed Society, arts and crafts, games, food and Partner Village. Providing the soundtrack is 95.5 WPGC’s DJ Jealousy, a Washington, DC native and Stadium DJ for the Washington Commanders. From 6 to 8 p.m., Go-Go Karaoke Live, featuring The Pressure Band, gives community members a chance to grab the mic. DC Link Up closes the night from 8 to 10 p.m. Late Skate is free and open to everyone. nps.gov/anac.
