On Friday, June 26, DC Central Kitchen graduated the 180th class of students in its Culinary Job Training program. Launched more than 35 years ago, the program has now produced 2,500 graduates through its “knife skills and life skills” curriculum. The ceremony included the presentation of a ceremonial resolution from the DC Council honoring DC Central Kitchen and a special photograph featuring the new graduates of Class 180, the current students of Class 181 and nearly 100 attending alumni representing more than two decades of graduating classes.
