The Palisades Citizens Association (PCA) contacted the Hillcrest Community Civic Association (HCCA) leadership team to invite HCCA to participate in tis 55th annual 4th of July parade.
There is a rich long standing history and enduring relationship between HCCA and PCA. Both would love for you to be a part of this event.
The parade starts Sunday, July 4th at noon at the corner of Whitehaven Pkwy and MacArthur Blvd NW and ends at the Palisades Rec Center. Click here for more information.
