Do you have questions about the new COVID-19 small business funding options or IRS tax filing requirements?

Join the DC Department of Small and Local Business Development (DSLBD) for a special small business financing webinar to learn about the new CARES ACT provisions for businesses and independent contractors.

District-based small business owners are invited to join DSLBD as well as guests from the Small Business Admisitration (SBA), international bank HSBC and financial services corporation KPMG for a special webinar that will cover the new CARES Act provisions, current IRS tax filing requirements and available small business funding options.

Participants can also sign-up for a free 30-minute consultation with KPMG or HBSC to discuss specific business needs by emailing Info@dccapitalconnector.com.

Representatives include DSLBD Director Kristi Whitfield, SBA Economic Development Specialist Nirav “Nick” Rajpara, and HBSC National Sales Manager Mary Makfinsky.

Free, 1-on-1 virtual consultation with KPMG Spark or HSBC after the session is offered, but to be considered, you must complete the Find a Lender Survey on the DC Capital Connector website. Individual small business consultations begin after the webinar starting at 2 p.m. Consultations will be conducted every 30-minutes.

Someone from the DC Capital Connector team will follow-up with you to schedule your consultation after registration and the Find a Lender Survey is submitted. Feel free to contact info@dccapitalconnector.com for more information.

The webinar takes place from 12 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. Thursday, April 30. Register online by visiting the eventbrite page.
