Gay Men’s Chorus: The Holiday Show


This annual extravaganza returns with an all-new edition featuring disco dancers, muscle boys, falling snowflakes, candlelight processionals, soaring vocals, Santa Claus, and a 7-foot Christmas tree–in heels. Performances are on Dec. 7, 8 p.m.; Dec. 14, 3 and 8 p.m.; and Dec. 15, 3 p.m. $25 to $65. Lincoln Theatre, 1215 U St. NW.

Under the direction of Artistic Director Thea Kano, the Gay Men’s Chorus of Washington, DC is in its 39th season. The Gay Men’s Chorus of Washington, DC sings to inspire equality and inclusion with musical performances and education promoting justice and dignity for all. GMCW has more than 250 singing members, three select ensembles, a dance company, a youth chorus, 50 support volunteers, more than 300 subscribers, 500 donors, and an annual audience of more than 10,000 people.
