The DC Office of the Tenant Advocate will hold its 10th annual Tenant and Tenant Association Summit on Sept. 28. This annual gathering features exciting workshops on the future of rent control, affordable housing, options for low to moderate-income families and the rules of advocacy. Real estate agents can earn up to three continuing education credits for attending Renters 101. The free event takes place at the Kellogg Conference Hotel at Gallaudet University from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Lunch is provided.
