The Ward 7 Democrats will hold a forum for DC At-Large Council Candidates on Oct. 27 from 10 a.m. to noon at Ron Brown Preparatory High School, 4800 Mead St. NE. The following candidates are committed to attending.

- Rustin Lewis, Independent
- Dionne Reeder, Independent
- David Schawartzman, Green Party
- Elissa Silverman, Independent – Incumbent
The event is sponsored by the Ward 7 Democrats, East of the River Newspaper and New Liberty Tax Service. Dr. Andrew Lightman, managing editor for Capital Community News, will moderate.
