You gotta go check out the largest concentration of recreational activities in DC this Saturday at #DPRRecDay at Randall Field (South Capitol and I Streets, SW).

DC Department of Parks and Recreation (DPR) will host the District’s Fourth Annual DPR Rec Day on Saturday, Sept. 29. It’s an event that puts parks and recreation programming and activities on full display for residents.

There will be free food, giveaways, vendors, and live music from Pan Masters Steel Drum Orchestra, Hot Cold Sweat, Bela Dona and Black Alley.

Come be a kid again! #DPRRecDay will feature DC’s largest display of recreation in one place. Enjoy rock climbing, bubble soccer, boxing, ziplining and more! Check out the Kids Play Zone and the #FITDC Zone for fun fitness. Get into the scavenger hunt with the November Project and get onto a bike to ride free with LimeBike! The #FITDC Zone will also include fitness clinics, healthy meals and wellness vendors.

DPR Rec Day is happening 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, September 29 at Randall Field (South Capitol and I Streets, SW). The event is free and open to all! Find out more or secure your spot at DPR.Events.
